"The staff at Stone Oak are also phenomenal. You always are welcomed and your questions are always answered, even if they are swamped. In the three years I have been going here, I have only waited longer than 25 minutes once, and it was clear there had been some sort of emergency walk in with a patient. The staff was incredibly apologetic, and made sure we knew the status and worked with everyone's schedules the best they could. There is also extremely low turnover within her staff and technicians, which speaks highly of the culture.
